I can't think of a real reason why you would want that since expansion set in worldserver.conf takes precedence over the database value. Having a 2 set in the DB but 0 in worldserver.conf means the account only has expansion 0 while logged into that server, after all.

Has anyone else tinkered with this issue and found a way around it? Modifications to damage modifier and health modifier do not get applied to summoned creatures (ie from chance on hit proc or what is described in the original issue post).
