can I create a smaller mpq with just the item.dbc - also the item.dbc is spread across multiple mpq by default? to coexist:
- standard large mpq with default items
- my small `patch-item-dbc.MPQ` with my items

You don’t remove anything from the client you just add your custom changes into your custom patches that will overwrite the default client
