So yea... I called AT&T and they are saying my ports are open but I cant not access them with port checker. Not sure what else to do.

you need to port forward to your server
its also called NAT
you map the port and forward it to your server..
clients are reaching your router but the router doesn't know it needs to forward the packets to your server unless you map it
