Is there a way to know which challenge module does Chromiecraft use? It has exactly what I'd like to use (flags, ui, modes)

So question for the individual progression modual if i change the crafting recipes and rogue poison back to vanilla when i get to wrath of the lich king will the server automatically change thing over to WOTLK or do i have to go remove the optional stuff to change that back
