Did you go into your MySQL settings and allow "external" connections? By default a SQL server will reject connections that are non-local or non-approved addresses

Using the current work of AC and transform it to TBC or Vanilla experiences? while yes you could, it's a lot of work specially if you dont have any experience and even with experience. Isn't an easy job.
You've other Emulators that focus more on those exapansions specifically.
