Ok my bad, though the problem is still the same. Is there an easy way of just returning the databases to their original versions? Or would I need to do a full delete and re-install?

if you don't want any of your changes to the world database, you just drop it and start the server, and it should re-import

Have dropped both, closed database connection, re-opened it and they're still gone. Do I need to re-clone or re pull anything?
