Hey guys, im trying to install the individual progression module on my Docker Azerothcore, is there a way to auto run the necesarry sql files on do i have to do it manually ?

A while back I started a different project where I tampered with the dbc files in Heidi (creature and creature template). Now I'd like to return these to their base version, so I can just play solo while I work on the noggit project I've been working on. I don't have a backup of the original files - I've since been better about keeping backups - but what's the least stressful/tedious way of returning the heidisql database back to when it was fresh installed? Can I just import the two dbc's again/copy and paste? or should I just delete the azerothcore folder and reinstall it? Although I don't know if I can just copy and paste fresh dbcs from AC into my AC folder, as they're sql script files and it seems like they automatically update to my sql data the second they're opened
