That is from a comment from the wowhead wotlk page for one of the tabards. Again, not 1:1 for 3.3.5 but still

Are you using a somewhat recent commit of AzerothCore? If you are, I think you should report it on GitHub if a report doesn't exist already, because that's a bug.

I don't have the ability to test it myself right now but submitting a report would probably get people to test it and confirm it if so.
