Assigning static IPs in a router would make it so those IPs are reserved and can't be dynamically assigned though, but meh.

So I'd set the 254 to 200, then you have 201-254 available, and we can assign one of those to the server. The benefit of this is also that, lets say your server PC disconnects, now your port forward rules might stop working because the servers IP changed
