You might be able to see the IP from the first router, by looking at all assigned IPs.

Sounds easier to just log into the first router and look at all LAN IPs instead of running a scanner, but what do I know.

the problem is that the DHCP server doesnt always track the hostname or other information, and advanced IP scanner also gives you info like opened ports and services (like the router web server)
