cause when i read the ah installation instruction it says "Import the SQL manually to the right Database (auth, world or characters)"

The auction house bot doesn't use any special tables to store posted items. It only uses tables to load some settings. Beyond that it's all built into the core seeing as it's using the normal auction house.
