uhh the playerbots constantly spam the passive bonus which is causeing 200bots in undercity to just geek out, the noise is actually driving me insane Lol

DELETE FROM disables WHERE sourceType=9 AND entry=1;
INSERT INTO disables (sourceType, entry, flags, params_0, params_1, comment) VALUES (9, 1, 0, '', '', 'Midsummer Fire Festival');
