1) Please provide a link of what the gear I'm changing it into. Obviously sets are easier, but not necessary.
2) These itemswaps are done through alterations of the itemcache.wdb file. This means that there are no .MPQ's to manage, nor any other program such as wow.me needed.
Instructions
1) Copy your cache folder somewhere. Doesn't matter where, just so you have a backup.
2) Replace your itemcache.wdb file with the one that I provide for your specific item swap.
Common File Folder Location:
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Cache\WDB\enUS
3) If at any point you would like to revert back to your old appearance, all you would have to do, is take the itemcache.wdb file inside the copied cache folder, and replace it in the the current cache folder.
Note** I have been altering items this way for guildies and friends for about a year now. I will happily answer any and all questions. Also note, that lower level items, or hard to find items are much harder to swap. Basically, if it can be found on the ingame mod atlasloot, I can guarantee it can be done. Changes will not appear on your login screen, but will be shown when you log your character into the game.

Killfire, just let me know the weapons that i would be swapping out for the glaives, and I can do that. In that case I need to know which is your MH, and what is in your OH. Also, unless ur a TG warrior, the glaives do not show up on your back but rather at your side : (
