After reading & learning this thing from scratch i managed to make a working swap for GnM > ScM with some helmfixes and sizefix, also w/o the mountswim dc bug.
Keep in mind that if u get problems with this, I might not know how to fix itYet so far it's worked great for me.
DL: GnM > ScM 3.3
Put this in ur data folder and rename it to: "patch-#.mpq" and replace the # with a number.
Massive thanks to Phoen!x & shrumhead for guides and cred goes to Phoen!x for the original mpq.
I'll try to make some more if this one dosn't get shit feedback

Race swaps never appear to anyone else than yourself. What makes it happen is basiclly ur fooling the game into loading wrong models by making an edited .MPQ file.. or sumth like that

Race swaps never appear to anyone else than yourself. What makes it happen is basiclly ur fooling the game into loading wrong models by making an edited .MPQ file
