[Archive] [Team Search]100% World Edit
Quote: Hello! Me and some IRL mates are going to do a 100% world edit, which means we are going to choose a theme (snow, dream or fire) then change Azeroth / Outland to fit that theme.
We are looking for active people with an world editor + 2.4.3/3.2.2 client (Nogg-it or such).
Please post here or add me on msn: [email protected] !

Quote:Might I suggest changing an unused instance (Let's just say deadmines) and transform it into a new continent via Noggit 3.x.x.
It would be MUCH simpler instead of changing azeroth entirely.

Great idea! You would get to the new continent by entering The Blue Portal!

Why an unused instance? Just make a new map! Thats very simple.
Good luck with your project!

90% of Deadmines is a WMO. Therefore using Deadmines would be pointless.
But yeah wht Nightblizzard said; if you're going to implement world building into your project then yeah create a new continent. Some WDT editing and it's complete. meh, gl 'n all.

Let me rephrase what I said, (If you know how to make a new map, forget about this).. Just take any instance you don't plan on using (Note: Instance does NOT mean just dungeons and raids) delete the wmos and mdxs and start fresh. Keep a general design.. (I said Deadmines because if you remove the wmo, You have a pretty big landmass if you take away the outland beta and other shtuff.)
