Sorry it might seem stuid to you but i have been reading for the past few hours and couldnt find answers.
putting it to the data folder isnt enaugh is there a rogramm that does something that modell swapping works? do i change game model permanently? Please dont be mad i am a girl after all :-)

If you are just starting out use Glitchy's Model editing studio. It will be fine for you to use at first but you can only do swaps with things that have the same shape, like you can't do tauren to human because it wont work and will fail hard because of the different shapes. But human female > bloodelf female and shit should work.
I'll see if I can fit in a Human > Illidan swap later on.
