Quote:A few days ago some new music was released for the Cataclysm Beta and most of this music is about 7186786896182638 times better than the originals that we listen to now. So I decided that I would change some of the music.
In this pack I have included:This is just an initial release, more sounds might be added to this pack later. I might change the sounds around if I feel that they aren't very fitting.
- New Login music (Cataclysm Intro: The Shattering)
- City music for Darnassus, Ironforge, Orgrimmar, Stormwind, Thunderbluff and Undercity
- New "Ghost" music for when you are dead (Ghost).
You can download the complete collection of new Cataclysm music here.
If you want the new race intros, you can get them here.
Download
Rename the file patch-r.mpq and put it into your World of Warcraft\Data folder.

I didn't notice any difference to the old forsaken track btw.

Quote: I finally got the Beta client downloaded and installed and got the high quality sounds instead of ones ripped off the net. I also added loads of new songs, so there's more tracks to choose from for the cities (Stormwind is still missing some though sorry). Enjoy!
I will be uploading the entire collection of new music very shortly for everyone's enjoyment so stay tuned
