I haven't tested this completely, but it works for my character.

You mean one that doesn't look like something that crawled out of the black lagoon?
While making this... blood elf busty is fairly easy, making her look pretty is another thing. I have no actual model editing skills, other than reconfiguring already existing mods, but I will see what I can learn and maybe come up with something.
