Finally I've found a way to use my Model Edits again.
You just have to extract your MPQ's into a folder named "patch-Z.MPQ" into your Data folder.
And then it worked

OK CONFIRMED! THIS WORKS! Now to just find out how to spell swap again ><. THANK YOU SO MUCH you have been such a great help to me. Here is your rep, I just extracted an old Orc Fem > Hum Male edit I had before 4.0.1 and sure enough this did the trick, very well done sir, very well done.
