This is an edit that turns the Noggenfogger Skeleton into Lady Sylvanas Windrunner and more like it is coming this way.

Installation notes.
Extract the .rar from the download link and put the Patch-Z.MPQ folder into your data folder and its important that you dont forget to add .MPQ in the name. Thats it, just log on and grab your noggenfogger potion and start looking good!
[EDIT]
For some reason the SS doesnt seem to work properly so i added a direct link to it instead.
