Then install BLPLab and convert back to BLP. Now you got files start/install Ladik's MPQ editor and then make a new patch (Patch-D for example) right-click on the patch name and take new folder and name it "Characters" and right-click on characters and create a new folder in that folder called "Dwarf" and a new folder in Dwarf called "Female" then right-click on Female folder and click "Add file(s)" and add your .blps open WoW and profit
