This is just a simple reskin that will take your Blood Elf characters eyes and underwear (if you are not a DK) and make them blue.
WHY?
I have no idea, but it's different and I like blue more. I mainly just wanted to edit something for fun and figured I would post it in case someone wants it.
WHAT TO DO
All you have to do is unzip the "Character" folder into you main WoW directory, and use Jh16's wow.exe to launch your game.
