Cloak of Shadow --> Fel Infusion (Skull of Gul'dan use)
Fan of Knives --> Ascend to the Heavens (Algalon)
Deadly Throw --> Zangarmarsh Arcane Missiles
Saronite Bomb --> Plague Barrels
Vanish --> Big Bang (Algalon)
Hand-mounted Pyro Rocket --> Finger of Death (Archimonde)
Distract --> Arcane Torrent

Each swap seperately
Filebeam - Beam up that File Scottie!
Obviously you rename the mpq you want to use to patch-#.MPQ
You can only use one of them at a time.

Rupture - Immolation Strike
Wound Poison - Magma Splash
Pyro Rocket - Sear Beam
Cloak of Shadows - Skull of Gul'Dan
Distract - Arcane Torrent
Saronite Bomb - Plague Barrel
Deadly Throw - Zangarmarsh Missiles
Vanish - Big Bang
Update - Frost Rogue/Engineer

Internet is being dumb atm so I can't log on WoW to fraps it, feel free to try it out.
Blind -> Snow Blindness
Deadly Throw -> Frozen Deathbolt
Mutilate -> Ice Slash
Wound Poison -> Frost Vulnerability
Eviscerate -> Explosion
Ambush -> Ice Spike
Gouge -> Ice Stalagmite
Rupture -> Magic Burn
Saronite Bomb -> Nassive Geyser
Vanish -> Geyser
Cloak -> Icy Torrent
Crippling -> Frost Cut
Fan of Knives -> Flame Suppressant
Pyro-rocket -> Frost Arrow
