Okay, you know the deal. Quick Facts, short story.
1. Close WoW. Extract this MPQ into your Data-Folder. Start WoW. Log in.
2. Be atleast honored with the Lower City and buy the Auchenai Key
3. Step into Sethekk halls (Heroic).
4. When you enter, walk straight to Talon King Ikiss (Door gone, whoo)
5. Hug the wall so you don't pull him and stab Anzu from behind.
6. Loot, receive candy, run out.
Map to clarify ... If you enter at "A" and come across the first big room, just walk straight forward to "3". There normally is a door that opens once you've killed Talon King Ikiss, but this patch removes it.

On the logic side there is nothing to detect. You can kill Anzu without killing any other boss in the instance, so unless a GM is tracking you down you have nothing to fear.
It's detectable as any other Model Edit.
It's not specifically tracked by Warden (afaik).

Just an .m2, no .adt files were modifiedbut the rest is correct.
