Hi I'm back :b hope I'll have some time to get back to anything of this wow stuff
So started compiling legion trinitycore got stuck at extractor.bat ( mapextractor.exe mmaps_generator.exe vmap4assembler.exe and vmap4extractor.exe) not extracting anything, giving an error.
Asked on ther forums then Aokromes told me to put common.dll into the wow folder, but left me in a blind alley cos I dont know where that common.dll should be? My retail Blizz legion folder doesnt have a common.dll??
trying to compile on win10, any help appreciated

Which error is the extractor giving you, exactly?
Personally, I had no problem extracting maps from the official blizz client. Perhaps, you could try my extractors:
extractor.bat
mapextractor.exe
vmap4extractor.exe
vmap4assembler.exe
mmaps_generator.exe

Personally, I had no problem extracting maps from the official blizz client. Perhaps, you could try my extractors:

And every map extractor I have tried gives me this: ( have tried recompiling and repacks(
MPQ files found in Data directory!
This tool works only with World of Warcraft: Legion
To extract maps for Wrath of the Lich King, rebuild tools using 3.3.5 branch!
Press ENTER to exit...

Yes?? Like i said i've tried rebuilding/downloading the tools from elsewhere to make sure i have the 3.3.5a map extractor. My data folder looks normal correct? The dir to the maps is good in worldserver.conf
T_T sorry if I'm missing something obvious someone please help meee

are u compiling legion or 335 domminust? your error says u got wrong extractors, pulling right branch?
