Greetings everyone!
I need some advice from photoshop artists about methods I should use to "convert" HD INGAME or Noggit(surely w/o fog) or even Blender screenshots to Blizzard styled image.
I hope someone can help me with advice.

May I add that the loading screens are actually separate art pieces that are just based on the images you took ingame. The advice I could offer you is to probably seek out an artist for 40$ ish, or perhaps just play around with filters until you get the desired effect you're looking for via photoshop.
