Hi I am wondering, is it possible to add a new file to 7.3.5 client and get a FileDataID for it ?

Hello.

yes there is a way. You will need to have your own CDN for this. A while ago you could download such a CDN from Blizzard but they whiped it so if you dont have any you will need to find one.

Second you need Caschst. This is a programm that basically lets you do exactly what you intend to.
