Okay so I may have a solution.

Remove the current libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll and download these, extract them and put them in there:

I've been helping him through teamviewer and it's solved now, for anyone who has a simillar issue, he also missed openssl32 and use the dlls above if you have 64 bit [Image: 1f642.png]
