hi.
i would like to know if it's posible to make to realms, and how to make it, because i would like to make two realms for my friends, one normal, and the other one with starting level high...

Hi there, you could check out this tutorial on the picture made by "The Ghost", which should be working just fine:

If you are stucked at one step, or need it further explained I can personally create a longer and more detailed guide, if you are interested in that.
