Hello and sorry for that if there is double post ... but i didn't find something proper.
Here is the error which i have when i try to start server ....
One fast note: I download it from Thread: 4.3.4 Blizzlike Cataclysm [EmuCoach's Official Repack]
I do everything like video to start the server ...
First of all i have the problem with msvcr71.dll but after research i solve this problem now have this one:
Invalid or missing configuration file : authserver.conf
Verify that the file exists and has '[authserver]' written in the top of the file!

Verify that the file exists and has '[worldserver]' written in the top of the file!
ACE_Thread:
etspecific() failed!: No errorI'm using WINDOWS 7 64bit
Intel Core i7 4770K
SSD 120GB Kingston KC300
asrock z87 extreme4
8 GB Kingston 1600 RAM
Any idea?

Could you take a picture of your release folder? It sounds like it isn't what it is supposed to be.

It all looks just fine, but you have msvcr71.dll in there.
It must be that one causing it, somehow.
If you remove it, you will get an error saying that it misses?

In case you have the same error, it got fixed by opening the worldserver & authserver.conf by notepad and making it the default program to open it with.
