Like for example increasing the guild xp like increasing the xp rate for levels?

Regarding your question, you has tried to change the xp rate in worldserver.conf?:
I mean this part
# Guild.XPModifier
# Description: Multiplier for guild experience gained from quests
# Default: 0.25
#
Guild.XPModifier = 0.25
But with no effect?

I have never done this before, however in world database you see the table called "guild_xp_for_level", you can see the levels and xp there - you could try to reduce it and check if it changes anything.

Was thinking about doing that ... taking it down from the millions to thousands or something like that
