Hello matter19,
Regarding the guild XP check this thread; http://www.emucoach.com/showthread.php?400-changing-xp as I have come up with another thing.
Also regarding the profession part;
#
# MaxPrimaryTradeSkill
# Description: Maximum number of primary professions a character can learn.
# Range: 0-10
# Default: 2
MaxPrimaryTradeSkill = 5
I'm not totally sure, it should be working if you have entered amounts like this, you have of course restarted your server and retested right?

Yes I have restarted the server and tried learning additional profs ... the train button stays greyed out once you learn two primary profs

Learning more then 2 professions should work. Im pretty sure ive tried to do so and it did work. However you can only see 2 Professions and need macro to open the 3rd, 4th, etc etc if its hidden behind your other 2 professions.

Yeah, try /cast jewelcrafting or /cast Professionname.

A good thing you can try is '.learn all recipes enchanting' or something similar, but the little profession button won't show up and you will have to invoke it via '/cast enchanting'.
Another solution would be '.learn all crafts' which takes care of pretty much everything, sans the gathering professions (herbalism, mining, etc.)

I'm mostly only familiar with how this setting in Worldserver.conf works in TrinityCore repacks.
As a rule of thumb, that setting only works on characters created AFTER you have changed that setting to a higher number.
(I hope this will be helpful in some of the troubleshooting of your issue.) ![]()
