Is this possible to change in the db or anything of that sort? I just want to make it so that i'm able to heal my friends and give them full mana with a single .rev rather than just half of their health and mana.

That's indeed possible, but you would need a small core edit in the revive function, are you using a default TrinityCore?

Well it requires you to have the source code because the function is handled in a .cpp file (in the core), if you have so I can help you further on the next reply, let me know though.
