how do i Enable the instances on Trinity Core, i keep getting an ingame message saying the instance is closed no matter which one i try to attend, when i check the Dungeon Finder is says my needed ILVL is in the thousands, how do i fix?

Check acces_requirement in the database, and make sure you set it to your level ( or lower )

ive checked the database, all the Ilvls seem to be in place, but it isnt showing an Ilvl Value..

Have you tried enabling these in your worldserver.conf?:
#
# Instance.IgnoreLevel
# Description: Ignore level requirement when entering instances.
# Default: 0 - (Disabled)
# 1 - (Enabled)
Instance.IgnoreLevel = 0
#
# Instance.IgnoreRaid
# Description: Ignore raid group requirement when entering instances.
# Default: 0 - (Disabled)
# 1 - (Enabled)
Instance.IgnoreRaid = 0
Should work then. Pretty obvious what this will do, if it's not what you are searching for, please let me know.
Give it a try though.

ive changed over my database to Emucoaches Rev... but i cannot seem to create a character, i type in the Login Creds for the game, and it logs in , connects, Authenticates, as soon as it trys to allow me to create a character it crashes, when i check the log it says all the character creation data didnt load

You can closed a Instance in Disable table, i can more help to you if you show the name of the dungeon.
