sry for ma bad eng but try to explain it.
1. server works on win xp sp2 (32bit) or win vista (32bit)?
2. can i change all lang (quests, items, etc...) in server and how? i mean upload rus bases.
3. how connect to navicat? what log and pw?
4. how to add web page and forum to server?

2. I believe ExO would have to answer that, as I wouldn't know anything about that.
3. The username should be "root" and the password should be "ascent".
4. That requires a bit of work, I think. I don't have a direct tutorial, but I can tell you how to find out: You want to look for setting up Apache, and a website to use, which I found one here for you:

Just to clearify the answer to question one.
It should work perfectly fine aslong as you remember to get the required softwares. Picture it as drivers for your Graphics card.
