so if i dont use hamachi to play with friends lets say the power goes off no internet but my pc is fully charged is this repack able to play offline or do you still need internet like normal wow servers

You can play offline with the repack.
But u must have the full 4.3.4 client.

Like IceNet said, you must have the full 4.3.4 client, or else you might find a few client-sided problems.
Just check the downloads area on your client, where it gives information about your network connection, etc. It will say Download: xx% or something like that.

Yes you will be able to use localhost/lan but if power goes off and have no internet/local connection you cannot play with you're friends.
