There's most likely a loop, a script, something that causes the ressources to use very high amount of ram.
A temp solution would probably be using Linux because it uses less ressources, but that doesn't fix the main issue.

guys I am having this error at 98% WDF HELP
Looks like you are using an old version.
Make sure you grab the latest changes
$ git pull
$ git submodule update --init --recursive
[ 98%] Built target scripts
Makefile:127: fallo en las instrucciones para el objetivo 'all'
make: *** [all] Error 2
