[Archive] Trouble with files missing, cant even setup server

LIBEAY32.dll was never downloaded in the original repack, why isn't it in there, and why does it show it in the instructional video on Youtube?
*update #1: Ive figured out my orginal problem, but now when i start up my "authsever" and "worldserver", they start up and then immediately close....so what now?
*update #2: ive gotten everything running... so now what do i need?
*update #3: ive managed to get stuck on "connect" window when i try and join realm\
*update #4: everything works, i got in and i can play, but now ive run into a couple different quests not working, on in particular "Lost in Floods", the looking eye glass wont work
