Hello there,

I am using the newest 4.3.4 VIP build (10.1) and run the server and a client on my system, and my girlfriend connects via LAN.

Sometimes, my client loses connection, I get thrown back to the login screen, can login after waiting a few seconds (when I try to login immediately, it fails), and resume plaing. My girlfriend gets thrown back into the login screen after a short delay.

This happens infrequently - presumably after 30 - 90 minutes, in various situation in game. I did not find any connection to specific locations, events or abilities. It also happens when plaing alone, doing nothing and waiting in town. Also, the worldserver shows nothing unusual, there is no crash log in the crashes folder, and I have no clue what really happens there, or where to look for.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks for any help, and regards,

Arnoldex

Hi ExO,

Thanks for your reply!

There are no unususal messages in the worldserver window when this happens.

After a bit of more testing, I have new information though. These crashes only happen if I connect the client via my LAN address (192.168.xxx.xxx in realmlist). After changing this to 127.0.0.1, everything is fine. My girlfriend still encounters these crashes, and they seem to occur exactly once every hour.

My best guess right now is that this is a router issue, but I am not sure.

Regards,

Thomas
