[Archive] Can't capture battle pets?

We are running the paid version and everything is going pretty good, but when my battle pets fight a wild pet, the capture button never activates to let me try to catch it.
My pets do level and can fight just this one quirk that is driving me insane.

I'm using the free version and I was able to start capturing after I unlocked the second battle pet slot IIRC. If you still can't, sounds like something is not working okay.
