[Archive] TrinityCore3.3.5 text mistaken code problem

Hi , I'm use TrinityCore 3.3.5 and launch the server well
But when login the game,I found some of the text are just unreadable
Google says it's because reading text which encoded ISO-8859-1 and decoded by utf-8, looks like below:
I'm using a Simple-Chinese client, physically in China and some of my friends are Chinese and using the same version of client
just wondering if there is any way to fix this problem, thank you!
