Hey, I've been trying to set up a 4.3.4 server and I can connect to my server from the computer running the server but my friends (on the same network) can connect to the server until it reaches the realm list and they can see one realm, when they click it it says "logging into game server" and then does nothing, it stays at the realm list. they are able to log in with the accounts I made them but not get past the realm list. Their config files have my IP address (not the 127.0.0.1 loopback but my actual IP) does anybody have any idea what might cause this or of any possible fixes?

Have you checked out the tutorial on how to make it public and made sure that you followed and did all the steps correctly?:

The realmlist and config .wtfs from both clients are as follow

other server information, including the realmlist in the auth database and showing both necessary ports forwarded

When I log into the server (from the computer running it) I immediately go to the character creation screen

when anyone else logs in it allows them to log in with the proper credentials (leading me to believe this is an issue with the realmlist and not the auth server) but they immediately go to the realm list instead of character creation and are when they select the realm is says "Logging into game server" but that dialog box closes and it stays at the realm list

Try going into Authserver.conf and worldserver.conf, find BindIP set them both to 0.0.0. if they are 127.0.0.1, that should most likely fix it ![]()

Have you portforwarded the required ports? Have you checked if it's portforwarded correct at http://www.canyouseeme.org/ ?
