[Archive] Authserver.exe not opening for MoP VIP Repack

Ive tried almost everything, looked up other support threads , googled etc.
Ive downloaded multiple .dll files but nothing has worked.
Ive downloaded Visuals C++ (2005) and even the new ones.
If anyone has ideas or could help that would be great.
I attached the error i get from the Authserver.exe / my MySQL.bat and my "Release" Folder.
