I'm trying to convert the Classic Era player models to Vanilla 1.12 since (as far as I'm aware) there is no way to open the Vanilla M2s in Blender and I don't want to work with WoTLK models in Blender 2.49.<br />
<br />
	I converted the Classic Era player model to Vanilla using jm2converter and loaded it in game no problem, but the animations are broken. They play for like half a second before freezing. 	Does eventually somebody know a link to the tool which I mean?<br />

Hello, i am trying to retroport from Legion 7.3.5 a artifact druid forms but i keep running in one issue. I ported the model successfully and all works great but this model have 2 textures and for some reason i can't make second texture to apply, insted the game use first texture and apply insted of the one that is needed. Hello everybody, got small problema, so i am trying to retroport armor( i know how to do it with weapons) what ever i do its always endup with blue/white box... So how i do it i take head from exporter and i put m2 files first in Txid and then multicovrter, after that i take name of m2 file and make new itemdisplayid and put it there, and blp file for texture, after that i take that dbc and put it to patch, with exported head files to item object... Head, on end i make item head with displayid that i put in dbc... But Always get Blue/white box. Anybody know what am i missing??<br />

Hey guys! So I ported all Shadowlands cloaks, they work fine however there is 1 small issue. 10% of time when you switch maps they become green, it's weird because the textures work when you apply them and they look just fine however If i switch a map very rarely but sometimes they turn green.<br />

	Many thanks to callumhutchy for his tutorial on how to retroport models. Most probably I was getting crashes because of the skin files (I tried to import the converted model into Blender and it didn't load the .skin files correctly). By following callumhutchy instructions I managed to retroport the creature.<br />
<br />
I've been trying to retroport the new Tangled Dreamweaver mount to WotLK 3.3.5<br />
<br />
	I managed to export the filed from my client using wow.export (CASC viewer gives me some errors about unknown files when I try to extract the m2 and skin files).<br />
<br />
	I ran a TXID remover and the multiconverter without getting any errors and imported the files in my mpq.<br />
<br />
	Created a new line for the model infor and display info DBCs and imported them both into the client patch and the server.<br />
<br />
Yet, when I try to morph into the model in-game the model doesn't show (not even the "model not found" checkered cube) and the camera freezes (yet, I'm still capable of moving around and the client doesn't crash, when I morph to nother model the camera gets back to its correct position.)<br />
<br />
Has anyone goy any idea what I might be doing wrong?<br />
<br />
	Or may be if the listfile is still missing some of the files and the like?<br />
<br />
	Has anyone been able to successfully downport the model, yet?<br />

	In an effort to throw things at the wall, hoping something sticks, I opened the file with 010 editor just to notice a vertice count of 24372. My noob's guess is that the model has a little too many triangles for the WotLK client to manage and have to reduce the polygons count somehow.<br />

I've been trying to create some Dark Ranger flavor, so I got some help on Discord to convert 7fx_markofthehiddensatyr_missile down to 3.3.5 and replace Arcane Shot with it. We've got it displaying without crashing, but now there's a weird black glitch on top of the spell. No clue what to do for it as I've never worked with a retro-ported model before; the extent of my expertise being DBC swaps and basic texture edits.<br />
